Application fee: For the post of Upper Division Clerk SC/ST/Person with Disability (PWD)/Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex- Servicemen are exempted from fee and all other category should pay Rs. 225/- and for the post of Multi Tasking Staff SC/ST/Person with Disability (PWD)/Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex- Servicemen Are exempted from fee and all other category should pay Rs. 125/- Fees may be paid in the shape of a Demand Draft of”225.00/ ’125 (as applicable) favoring “Regional Director, E.S.I. Corporation, Raipur“ drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
