Applications are invited from eligible male Indian citizens for filling up the following Group- ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in ITB Police on temporary basis likely to be permanent
Constable (Pioneer): 
1. Electrician: 56posts
2. Plumber: 54posts
3. Carpenter: 25posts
4. Mason: 25posts
5. Painter: 04posts
6. Welder: 04post

Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board with (a) One year’s experience in the trade of Mason or Carpenter or Plumber or Electrician or Welder or Painter.
(b) Preference will be given to those who have a certificate of trade from an Industrial Training Institute or recognized Institution

Application Fee: Application Fee will be Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC category only and no fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Physical Standards: Minimum standards for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST). Height: 162.5cms, Chest Unexpanded: 76cms & Expanded 81cms and Minimum standards for candidates falling in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K: Height: 16 5cms, Chest Unexpanded: 78cms & Expanded 83cms and for Minimum standards for candidates belonging to States/UTs except mentioned above Height: 170cms, Chest Unexpanded: 80cms & Expanded 85cms

Selection process: Height Bar, Race, Checking of documents, Physical Standard Test, OMR based Written Examination 50 marks (objective type), Trade Test (60 marks) & Interview (20 marks)
